The 8th edition of the European conference on behaviour change and energy efficiency of the European Energy Network took place on 11th and 12th December 2025, in Paris, France.
Organised by ADEME, French Agency for Ecological Transition, this edition’s theme was “From energy efficiency to sufficiency: the need for a change in lifestyles to ensure a just transition to carbon neutrality”.
Over two days, 130 speakers shared insights on research and policy, highlighting the importance of moving beyond behavioural change to lifestyle transformation for a fair and sustainable future.
